Abstract

|
|
A case report of chronic lymphocytic leukemia with intracytoplasmic crystalline inclusions peripheral blood lymphocytes and bone marrow lymphocytes is presented with a review of the literature. In CLL, the incidence of cytoplasmic inclusions ranging from 5 % to 11% have been reported. Their crystalline nature and their location have been proved by ultrastructural studies, immunological studies, and immunofluorescent studies.
